It's amazing what a well written well presented again for your job search to do. Before your post, follow this checklist to ensure that you are sending high-quality representation of yourself.
1. Grammar, spelling, punctuation - with grammar and spelling function, to print and read the document word for word. Spell check does not know what it means "manager" as in fact by writing "crib."
2. Capitalization - Use a manual such as Gregg Reference Manual if you do not know the rules of capitalization.
3. Punctuation - Check for correct use of commas and semicolons. Even if you are unsure, refer to the Gregg Reference Manual.
4. Criminal - Make sure you do not add-ons that are difficult to read.
5. Consistency - It must be consistent with the use of their numbers (dates, money, numbers), plurals and abbreviations. For example, not a date of 8 / 2004 and then write another date as 3/15/2004. Note also the inclusion of software consistently (with abbreviations). MS Word and Microsoft Outlook are correct, but not consistently.
6. Education Section - If a title, list only the year he got his title. When the dates set (eg: 9 / 1998 to 1 / 2002) again, many scanning systems do not recognize that a title, won the college attended only for a certain period of time.
7. Ampersand - Ampersand (&) not to include a resume. There are a few exceptions. An exception is the name of a known company (AT & T). Another exception is known industry terms (P & L).
